Tasks

Analysis of plant warranty and 0 km customer line return data
Technical analysis of customer warranty data and priorization of issues
Support analysis of warranty claims and preparation of PDCA/FTA documents
Support failure analysis at customer or dealer site
Perform customer trainings
Prepare a support regular warranty meetings with customers
Follow up defined actions within R&D teams and projects

Additional tasks :

Monthly reporting to R&D director of VUS division
Participation to Warranty_QRQC

Functional and hierarchical manager :

Department manager Electronic Systems VUS

Profile

Technical engineering degree, statistical background
2-3 years experience in Electronic Hardware development
Fluent English, German
Very experienced in using Excel and VBA
Data base programming
Office tools
Willingness to travel
