PROGRESS is a 2-year programme dedicated to international graduates and young professionals with up to 3 years of work experience. It is an EADS Corporate Programme with positions in all EADS Divisions: Airbus, Defence & Security, Eurocopter and EADS Astrium.
Participants benefit from individually tailored workshops and development modules. Furthermore, network events and a personal mentor contribute to their development and integration.
As a VIE, you will support the 'Leadership development and Learning' department to run the program PROGRESS.
Tasks
-
involvement and support in one major entry- and development programme (PROGRESS) with up to 100 trainees per year
- focus on recruitment and training aspect of PROGRESS by becoming the main interface for the Shared Service training and the EADS-wide network of HR Business Partners and Recruiters (i.e. inform and advise HR wrt to all relevant recruiting guidelines for PROGRESS, inform and monitor Shared Service on how training operations for PROGRESS modules need to be implemented etc.)
- co-design and continuous improvement of different process steps (i.e. recruitment, training...)
- support internal communication (i.e. update relevant media like brochures, intranet and internet sites...)
- support external communication (i.e. participate in company fairs, organize mailings...)
- support preparation and organization of selection days, assessment centers
- take care of candidate communication throughout the recruitment phase for newcomers, deal also with recruited trainees with regard to their individual questions
- establish reports and statistics for evaluation of programme modules, events, trainings...
Team Support
- mail processing, scheduling of meetings and ordering of catering or office supply etc.
Experience
- First experience within HR (preferably HR marketing and / or recruitment and / or training)
- Exposure to international work environment necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master in HR-economics, psychology or social sciences
- Team spirit
- Customer orientation and service oriented mind-set
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken form), French or German are a plus
- Master current Microsoft applications (especially Excel)

- pour 12 mois
- Rémunération mensuelle (à titre indicatif, susceptible de subir des variations trimestrielles) : 1776,93 €
