Main tasks and responsabilities :

• Creating and actualizing the monthly HR Reports for plant, division and business group
• Find out the actual and future HR Headcount Figures and HR Costs
• Contribute to the elaboration of Mid-Term plan, budget and forecasts for one or several entities
• Manage data consolidation and reporting ensuring reliability, conssitency and transparency
• Coordination of the internal mobility (expat contracts, secondment contracts)
• Coordination of the variable compensation tool
• Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate and corrective actions
• Participate in the profitability and cash improvement actions
• Develop, execute and control internal procedures including spending authorizations in respect of Corporate policies

The ideal candidate shall have / be :

• Business School with a Finance degree or Masters degree in HR or Controlling
• Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
• Strong teamwork sense and strong analytic skills
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum Bilingual -Fluent English and German required

Conditions :

• Rémunération mensuelle (à titre indicatif, susceptible de subir des variations trimestrielles) : 1626,84 €
