V.I.E. Supportive function on Field Technical Assistance, Donauwörth

Tasks

The Field technical Assistance is responsible for customer assistance in the field (customer site, subsidiaries), fleet management, trouble shooting, OJT, as well as Tools Rental and Continued Airworthiness Management (CAMO)
The main objective of the mission is to provide assistance on all projects running at FTA. The VIE should take care for:

1. Tools Rental: to support strategy & marketing environment.
2. To perform promotion activities for field assistance and CAMO

Your skills

• Degree in Industrial engineering or Aeronaurics and/or Business Development
• Excellent knowledge of Office and Acrobat applications
• Indesign/Framemaker will be considered as an advantage
• International experience of at least 6 months is essential (for studies or work)
• Fluency in English and German is essential, French or other language skills will be considered as an advantage
• Able to work as a member of a team
• Good communication skills
