Software Engineer (f/m) in the area of software development for embedded systems in an automotive environment / VIE 24 months.

Tasks

We are looking for Work description:

Development and maintenance of hardware-related embedded software components for a complex embedded control system; development of prototypes for functional development and feasibility studies; system and software tests of software modules, components, and systems with associated hardware.

• Implement series software components in C, including requirements and design
• Maintain existing components
• Integrate existing components
• Perform module, component, and software integration tests
• Perform system test
• Develop functional prototypes from existing components
• Analyse and characterize the performance of prototypes

Profile

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

• Academic training in electronics engineering, computer science or mechatronics
• Embedded software development; ANSI C; CAN
• Understand software development process (SPICE) and corresponding work products
