The Thermal Systems Business Group comprises four Product Groups: Climate Control, Powertrain Thermal Systems, Compressors, and Front-End Modules.

Missions

• Commercial follow-up of projects and series life of the BMW account. Assure economic success and market share/Profit increase of VEC at BMW.
• To represent the commercial activities within the projects / product lines. To be in charge of the economic follow-up of each product for each project vehicle (internal and customer follow-up) and assure positive economical development of VEC with customer.

• To participate in quotation inquiries for projects and series life (quantity, delay)
• elaboration of commercial offer and necessary documents
• Preparation of technical productivity dossiers

Manage prototypes issus:

• offer prototypes and prototype tooling, obtain orders from customers
• coordinate / secure internally on time deliveries and payments
• To realise summary and to assure follow-up of tooling payments
• Prototype follow-up, orders and payments

In charge to assist the following reporting activities:

• Market share databases
• MTP (Mid Term Plan)
• Budget preparation
• Consolidation of background data for sales reporting (5YBP)
• Cost reduction plan follow up with plants
• Be the interface customer/plant for all capacity problems.
• Inform the responsible PMT of all volume modifications.
