Tasks

• general information to customers on sales related issues
• communication with and woordination of all Sales activities with Valeo Service (VS)
• administration and updating of all OES- (Original Equipment Spare Parts) and after market-sales data (including workflow, pricing control and delivery schedules)
• annual budget coordination with VS
• all-time requirements demand clarification with VS
• communication with customers on general administration and delivery issues
• follow-up and settlement of overdues and disputes
• preparation of price negociations for VS (OES and after market products)
• sales demand planning (SIOP)

Profile

• ideally degree in Business Administration
• fluent in English mandatory; good German and French language skills useful
• MS office and SAP knowledge / experience
• good communication skills
