V.I.E. Project assistant, Hamburg

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programme is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

Tasks

For Airbus in Hamburg within the department Methodes & Processes we are looking for a VIE - Project Assistant (f/m).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the project team of ME activities for the A350 launch management of the COC Manufacturing Engineering
• Coordination of work instructions
• Coordination of project stream / project planning
• Development of internal project panning and presentation
• Leading the internal ME A350 launch-management activities at the A350 cluster HAM
• Short time trouble shooting in A350 ramp-up phase
• Development / co-leading of work break-down structure for ME-HAM community
• Preparation and presentation of project documentation on demand

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Engineering
• English: Negotiation Level
• German: Fluent
• Project Management Experience
