Job Description

Reporting of financial statements, especially:

• Collection, validation and consistency review of monthly closing, forecasts, budget and business plan data, input of data in Hyperion reporting system, preparation of reporting excel-files.
• Daily plant indicators synthesis elaboration, daily inventories, scrap, order-book, standard costs.
• Weekly analysis, preparation of monthly sales best estimate and weekly sales by customer group, backlog analysis, review of weekly scrap booked by production and logistics.
• Monthly analysis, calculation of incoterms cut-off, preparation of the 3-month forecast sales and margins by customer group, analysis of the effect of the reevaluation of standards on the inventories.
• Elaboration of specific analysis/reporting at request.
