V.I.E. Junior industrial controller, Weißenburg

Our Automotive Exteriors Division is looking for a Junior Industrial Controller m/f V.I.E for its site at Weissenburg (Germany).

Tasks

The Junior Industrial Controller interfaces with the manufacturing interlocutors and ensures the implementation and use of financial tools and processes.

The main missions of the role are to:

• Implement tools and processes for financial follow-up and analysis, and train production team accordingly
• Develop inventory practices and ensure their analysis
• Follow-up with non-quality costs and ensure information accuracy
• Ensure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting
• Participate in the identification and implementation of a productivity action plan
• Validate the economic justification of investments, insure their follow-up and optimize the cash aspects
• Contribute to financial reporting in close collaboration with the accounting team
• Contribute to Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts setting-up, and actively participating in the analysis of variances.
• This VIE will ideally start in October 2010 for 24 months.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Business School with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
• Good accounting knowledge
• Strong teamwork sense
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (German and English required).
