V.I.E. Junior Engineering Contrrolling, Hagenbach

In the frame of a V.I.E. program, our Interior Systems Engineering Organisation is looking for a Junior Engineering Controller (m/f) to be based at its Engineering Center at Hagenbach.

In the frame of this program, we are offering a position as Junior Engineering Controller (m/f) for the duration of 12 months.

Engineering Controlling North Europe is responsible for several R&D Centers in Germany and Spain, which are focussed on the development of interior Parts for automobiles.

Main duties

Support on engineering tasks:

• Follow up on engineering costs dedicated to non local programs
• Analysis on costs incurred by nature and contributors against work order budgets
• Support in the administration of re-invoicing activities between business accounting units among the group
• Follow up on receivables regarding work order activities
• Contribute to the month closing and budgeting procedure
• Contribute to cash improvement actions
• Ad hoc analysis in SAP environment

Support on non engineering tasks:

• Contribute to the month closing and budgeting procedure
• Support in central tasks with reconciliation requirements

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Economical degree in Accounting/Finance
• idealy first expirience in Accounting/Finance in a company with international structured
• Team Player with extended communication skills
• International mindset.
• well organized, analytical and reliable
• MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Access, and SAP CO knowhow
• at least bi-lingual (english is compulsary)
