Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

The Controller for Cost and Resources has the following responsibilities:

• responsible for the management of specific financial targets
• plan duties and personnel requirements according to targets and functional strategies
• plan and control the resources in accordance with the HR department
• provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussion and decision making of higher management
• compare results with set targets, identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions if necessary
• support operational officers in the improvement of the financial and operative results
• support Earned Value Management (if necessary) and Cash-planning (investions, warehouse stock, supplier duty management)

The Business Controlling A320 Family Programme in Hamburg is mainly involved in FAL (Final Assembly Line) China activities.

• Support the creation of business cases
• Reporting (Actuals/ Forecast etc.)
• Support target setting and Airbus Operational Plan processes
• Support task in Resource Management (staffing etc.)
• Support transnational headcount controlling processes

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Business, Finance, Controlling or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SAP
• English: fluent / negotiation level
• German: intermediate
• French skills would be an advantage
• Experience in resource planning/controlling
