The Thermal Systems Business Group comprises four Product Groups: Climate Control, Powertrain Thermal Systems, Compressors, and Front-End Modules.

We recruit for our plant in Bad Rodach a VIE mPLM-VIVALDI Site Functional Administrator.

Job description

• mPLM-VIVALDI - Engineering Central and MxCATIA V5, ongoing
• mPLM-VIVALDI - Engineering Change Management Process (ECR/ECO), roll out

Tools Roll out:

• Prepares, executes, sustains the roll out in the Division
• Ensures the roll out monitoring and follow progress indicators requested by Branch

Users' Support:

• Ensures daily support to users
• Documents, analyzes, processers users' requests by using Branch Helpdesk database
• Pushes up local request to Branch after the unsuccessful investigations
• Writes specific documents to help the Division users in mPLM usage
• Prepares and executes users training

ECR/ECO Tool roll out:

• Implementation of new ECR/ECO process as substitution of existing workflow
• Start with first pilot in April
• Roll out of ECR/ECO in other projects beginning Q4 2010
• Support of all involved departments
• Refine workflow to business needs
• Users' support and training

Skills required

• Organisation, negotiation skills
• Autonomous, but not independent (team work)
• Good communication
• Knowledge of CAD-Application CATIA V5
• Knowledge of Product Development and Engineering Change Processes
