V.I.E. Enterprise risk management coordinator, Donauwörth

For Eurocopter in Donauwörth (near Augsburg) within the department Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) we are looking for a VIE Enterprise Risk Management Coordinator (f/m).

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and update the risk and opportunity process with interested parties
• Support, inform and train on Risk management process and tool usage in all Eurocopter Germany entities, sites and functions
• Propagate risk and opportunity management culture across Eurocopter Germany
• Drive lessons learned policy with stakeholders
• Challenge risk and opportunity analysis and mitigation strategies with function and process owners
• Consolidate the reporting for CEO, Executive Committee and EADS
• Interface with ERM focal points across Eurocopter Germany
• Prepare and implement the communication plan on ERM
• Setup and maintain the ERM intranet site and communication material (leaflet, flyer, ...)
• Organize the ERM events (ERM seminar, ERM awards, Open Day, ...)
• Contribute to the ERM deployment plan within functions, processes, programs and subsidiaries
• Some business trips to Eurocopter in France or Spain

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Financial background with operational wishes or operational background with financial wishes
• Experience/Study on risk management, audit or Internal Control is a plus
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Web portal design tool and HTML is a plus
• Fluent in English
• German; at least basics; is a real plus
• Adaptive, flexible and supportive
• Rigour and capacity of analysis
• High capacity of integration
• Good pedagogy
• Communication skills
