V.I.E. Engineering Domain Controller for EDSB Domain (f/m), Hamburg

Tasks

Support in Advising Head of Domain:

• Provide consistent financial and resource reports, analyses and proposals for decision making
• Challenge operational performance and propose actions
• Prepare Domain review

Provide information to Centre Controlling:

• Ensure delivery of necessary information and analyses on Domain contribution

Plan & Control Programme Workload and Costs:

• Collect technical deliverables and drivers information from Domain workpackage owners
• Ensure Planning & Controlling based on Domain technical drivers
• Ensure Consistency and quality check of booking (codes, hours, Supply Chain costs etc.)

Plan & Control Resource:

• Ensure elaboration of subcontracting plan aligned with targets given by Centre Controlling and Make or Buy policies
• Provide visibility on policies implementation (Make or Buy, Airbus resource)

Your skills

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with specialization in Controlling
• previous experience in working abroad (internships, working students jobs, student exchange program) appreciate
• English negotiating level
• German fluent
• good communication skills
• strongly team-minded
• capability of working in an international environment
• good MS Office knowledge
• proactive and hands-on mindset
