V.I.E. Development Engineer, Hagenbach

Our Interior Systems Product Group is looking for a Development Engineer m/f (VIE) for its R&D Center at Hagenbach (Germany).

The main missions of the role are to:

• Fundamental analysis of technical feasability of innovative ideas for automobile interior.
• Evaluation of results.
• Compilation of project targets (DRD) in accordance with the „Research Project Leader"
• Compilation and follow-up of predevelopment project plans in accordance with the neighbor department
• Testing, CAX and Prototyping.
• Compilation and follow-up of concept validation plans according to FIS research guidelines in accordance with the Research Project Leader and the corresponding Competence Centers.
• Help carrying out risk analysis.
• Documentation of research results in the form of research reports, presentations, drawings / sketches, models, prototypes, concept part lists and results from simulation calculations etc.
• Ensuring of protection for innovative solutions through utility patents, registered design in close cooperation with the department Patents and Information Management.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Engineering diploma with focus on R&D
• First experience in the automotive industry would be a plus
• International mind set, overseas experience a plus
• Minimum bi-lingual (English & German required)
• Results oriented & team player

Conditions:

• Rémunération mensuelle (à titre indicatif, susceptible de subir des variations trimestrielles) : 1619,14 €
