V.I.E. Cassidian Sourcing, Unterschleissheim

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) programme is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Cassidian to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks

For Cassidian in Unterschleißheim / Munich within the department Strategy and Performance Management - Sourcing we are looking for a VIE, supporting the Procurement Controlling & Reporting activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and improve Reporting & Controlling activities
• Implement and manage Cassidian Sourcing Information Platform
• Support running projects
• Organize KPI reporting with Cassidian Business Units
• Administration and Training of Sourcing Tools (SourceIT)

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• German and French language skills desirable
• Proficiency in working with IT-Tools and databases (e.g. SAP/Access)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the following areas will be considered as a plus: Supply Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Sales or Marketing
