V.I.E. Business Process Management Engineers (m/f), Friedrichshafen

Tasks

This team has the objective to revisit the current Business Management System of Astrium Satellites to make it more process oriented and simpler for Users.

Your main activities will be:

• the contribution to the BMS project team
• the development of BMS Lifecycle/ Phase View

You will be working on 2 lifecycles within the company:

• Project lifecycle (from early prospect through proposal, contract award, design/development, MAIT, operations)
• Company lifecycle e.g. for strategy, F&C, HR (etc.) typically fixed within the yearly calendar

The tasks for both lifecycles are:

• to capture typical examples of these lifecycles from our business process documentation
• to specify a target representation for the future BMS portal (user's view)
• to develop means and methods to model the processes and activities in the MEGA process modeling suite such that they can be published in the BMS portal in the target representation
• to "proof the concept" 
• to develop all necessary support means (manuals, guides, training....)

Profile

You are a general young graduate Engineer or specialized in Aeronautics and / or in Electronics.
An advanced level in German and advanced English are mandatory for this position.
