V.I.E. Assistant on pricing activities for Tiger and NH, Donauwörth

Tasks

Main objective of this mission is to manage the pricing database of support & services (spare parts, repair and overhaul) for our products (TIGER & NH90) & our governmental and export customers.

In this frame, you will have the opportunity to discover about working in an international environment and get an insight into the differents actors and counterparts in our company, such as finance, logistics, procurement, purchasing and ordering department.

Main responsibilities:

under the responsibility of a supervisor who defines the methods for prices set up (according to specific rules defined by the finance commitees) you will participate in the process of princing elaboration.

This will be done by:

• Harmonizing the rules in France and Germany
• Integrating the audit results, diverse studies and simulations
• Creation automatizations & managing IT developments.

The specific areas of responsibilities of the VIE will be:

• to produce the All Customer Price List (ACPL): gathering of data, error checking, creation of a regular progress report on price lists (Access & excel), validation of calculated prices.
• Production of these price lists will be done for all contracts in force as well as offers in process.

Skills

We are looking for a motivated young graduate with Bachelor level and following profile:

• Business background and good informatic skills / Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Able to deal with Excel and Access database (previous experience in database management is an asset)
• Open minded and adaptable
• Good team spirit in an international business environment
• French & English fluent, German good level
• Passion for technology
