Missions

• Working closely with the Strategy &Insights department and UX Central department to decode and transform consumer needs into actionable levers for the Marketing teams
• Assisting the project teams to ensure that the products and packs being developed are in line with a pertinent brief for consumers
• Supporting to create the road map projection and execution
• Set the right basis of Tasting inside projects inside all markets
• Responsible for User Design and User Sensory Experience
• Ensuring product superiority and all KPIs for customer and consumer
• Organoleptic/Sensory tests and assessment

Profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics or in other comparable fields
• Minimum 2 years of user experience
• Creative thinking and entrepreneurial mind-set
• Digital & project leadership skills
• High motivation, strong business acumen as well as result focus
• Organoleptic and sensory assessments skills
• Previous expertise in market and consumer research/ product formulation/ sensory design or sensory is a plus
• Business-fluent in German and English
