Technical Delivery Lead (m/f), Paris

Responsibilities

• Validate digital IT KPI's and refine metrics (SEO, Analytics, quality of code, performance, …)
• Accountable on Live sites quality by working closely with partners and coordinating activities with Zones IT teams
• Create review plans and manage QA for releases
• Identify and define QA requirements
• Manage software quality SLA
• Partner with solution delivery and enterprise services teams for software quality and defect resolution
• Provide visibility on status and progress, interface with Program Managers and other DevOps teams
• Stay current with and utilize industry best practices and metrics
• Drive continuous improvement in overall automated testing coverage and approach

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in web developement
• Solid understanding of QA tool development chains and environments
• Proven understanding of internet protocols, web proxies, caching and other Web related fundamentals
• Ability to use web proxy tools to inspect and analyze traffic
• Experience with and understanding of automation in a QA organization
• Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Dedication to user-focused design & high quality technology
• Strong commitment to technical quality assurance as a key part of the software development cycle
• Working knowledge of QA concepts and methodology
• 3+ years experience as a Software Quality Assurance manager

Technical Skills

• Test Process Tools: , Selenium, Jira, Bugzilla,, Functional, Performance, database, .Net, link and web test tools
• Development Languages: HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, .Net, CMS
• SD Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban
• Infrastructure: CDN, Microsoft Azure, AWS

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results
• Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements
• Experience in agile development methodologies with continuous integration
• Experience validating high quality consumer facing applications on embedded communications platforms
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree or 5 years relevant experience
• English mandatory
