Our client is the French subsidiary of a German group with an international presence (Europe, USA, China), specialized in the construction of photovoltaic roofs and power plants. Due to its expertise and continuous growth, we are looking for :

Team Lead - Photovoltaic System Implementation - French / English (m/f), Lyon

Job Description

Reporting to the head of the French branch, you will manage three project managers and a draftsman. You will coordinate, plan and implement these projects and ensure a smooth process from the pre-sales phase until the system is switched on, respecting quality standards and deadlines.

Prerequisites

• Diploma in Engineering, Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Languages: fluent in French, professional proficiency in English
• Computer skills: Office Pack, programming interface for monitoring and inverters
• Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Knowledge of photovoltaic regulations and normative knowledge (EN, UTC)
• Significant experience in project management with experience in the construction sector, especially in roofing
• Competencies in electricity and electrical engineering
• Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve goals
• Ability to manage complex projects while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

Leading project team members and:

• Writing/tracking commercial and technical proposals (Salesforce, ELO, Network).
• Drafting/tracking study requests
• Creating and tracking deployment planning (Salesforce and Buildertrend).
• Determine materials to be used and issue procurement orders
• Create and assemble PPSPS and/or subcontractors
• Creating and supervising the monitoring process of traveling electricians’ scheduling (projects and maintenance)
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure environmental compliance
• Evaluate subcontractor operational and environmental performance annually
• Coordinate employments with other trades
• Order necessary funding for construction sites
• Coordinate and track ENEDIS connection requests with outside contractors
• Attend construction site meetings and provide requested information
• Control of process management, maintenance of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards
