Tasks

  • Consult business leaders, partner with Human Resources and other Talent Development professionals to build effective relationships that support business needs, including short and long-term business strategies,
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts by designing, supporting, implementing, and growing opportunities that attract, engage, advance, and retain diverse talent
  • Coordinate and assist training actions, team development opportunities, and leadership development solutions using the 70/20/10 methodology to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Counsel management on Talent Development matters by providing data, report metrics, indicators, and feedback in order to assist with organizational decisions 
  • Provide one-to-one career coaching for employees, assist with individual development planning, and implementation of development initiatives
  • Stay abreast of latest trends, share best practices within the Talent Development area, share lessons learned, and propose continuous improvement ideas
  • Effectively lead and participate in project teams and program management; manage multiple Talent Development programs and processes
  • Ensure that Group management development tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment.
  • Familiar with HR Information systems and MS office.
  • International mind set.
  • Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
