Your Mission

Strategic Planning

• Facilitate definition and implementation of the strategic plan
• Drive measures to ensure full alignment & engagement of teams behind vision and strategy
• Develop and follow metrics to measure the results of the Strategic Plan

Act as Change Agent

• Challenge and support stakeholders on necessary changes to reach business goals
• Facilitate the development of culture and behavioral change

Organisational Planning & Design

• Build the organisation plan defining the competences needed to deliver the strategic plan
• Develop and implement governance, business processes, structures & designs to create value
• Drive to create a culture of high people engagement & CBU organisation efficiency
• Drive transversal and organisational projects

Your Profile

• University degree with focus on Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in business function, HR and/or consulting
• Strong experience in organizational development and change management
• Strategic thinker with conceptual strength, bringing clarity out of ambiguity, translating complexity into simplicity
• Operates with empathy, being open, and listening to understand
• Proactive and pragmatic combined with can-do attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively, engage diverse group of stakeholders towards common goals
• High motivation to contribute and grow in a multicultural environment
• English fluently
• Commitment to frequent travelling (~40%)
