Senior Topline Controller (m/w), Frankfurt

Your Mission

• infusing the organization with a sound financial framework to drive profitable and sustainable growth
• Partner with sales strategy and marketing to shape and drive the company's innovation roadmap and investment strategy
• Own and manage the company's trade budget by channel providing accurate and timely reporting of budgets with sales
• Forecast full year landing and review results
• manage the trade accrual as part of the monthly close process
• Develop and maintain customer P&Ls to analyze performance for key accounts within each of our channels
• Support innovation roadmap by animating the process across sales & marketing teams and lead the pricing conversation
• Manage a team of one direct report and support his/her development and growth in the organization

Your Profile

• University degree in business sciences or economics with an excellent result and a focus on finance/controlling
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in top line controlling in a FMCG environment
• Very good German and English language skills (spoken & written), French is a plus
• Excellent skills in MS-Office
• "Data Detective", excellent data management skills with a strong analytical mindset; ability to identify data issues and find solutions
