Your Mission

• Manage all products related projects with regard to innovation, renovation, productivity and secure supply at both factory and European level
• Drive Project Excellence within a highly growing, competitive and fast changing business environment
• Manage a team of Project Managers and shape the factory’s strategy as integral part of the Leadership team
• Lead and implement cross-functional key projects with various internal & external stakeholders
• Push the performance and productivity mindset of the factory
• Shape the new structure and ways of working in the factory
• First point of contact for all local and global Operations & Performance topics
• Close collaboration with all European factories and exchange of best practices for projects implementation

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent
• At least 6-8 years working experience in a manufacturing / supply chain / technical environment
• Proven experience in Project Management or Project Portfolio Management, desirable with PMP certification
• Solid financial and industrial performance acumen
• Strong leader and communicator with a positive and human centered mindset
• Agility and ability to solve problems in a complex environment
• Result-driven, analytical and methodical approach
• Fluent in English / German fluency a plus
