Missions

• Responsible for information gathering of Corporate Action and Proxy Voting Events
• Complete end-to-end Processing of domestic and non-domestic Corporate Action and Proxy Voting Events
• Ensure the execution of client instructions on voluntary events
• Responsible for the processing of market claims and transformations
• Cooperation with the local CSD and international ICSD as well as with agent banks, counterparties and issuers
• Ensure the regular reporting to clients and daily checks required
• Management and Reconciliation of accounts (e.g. Client, Book, Nostro, Pivot and Suspense-Accounts)
• Identify opportunities to initiate new deliverables or improve existing deliverables to achieve the objectives set
• Ensure the implementation of Operational Risk Management procedures and tools in daily business and provide the full support to Risk Management, ORC, OPC, Compliance and Audit control initiatives
• Be closely involved and take initiative in the development, testing and implementation of procedural and technical enhancements (e.g. project or special tasks)

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge in Custody Corporate Actions and/or Proxy Voting
• Ability to identify and understand a business need or goal, identify activities or tasks that provide a relevant solution
• Team ability, communication strength and attention to the detail
• Client focused
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
