Missions

• Planning and managing local Employee Services digitalization roadmap and budget in close relationship with global Employee Services, HR and IT-HR
• Taking ownership and accountability, providing support and assisting local Employee Services and HR teams on tool requests and projects
• Keeping pace on market technology advancement and proposing accordingly upgrades or integrated tech solutions to support efficiency objective
• Project & Change Management incl. actively managing stakeholders across Employee Service, IT and HR
• Coordination and support of our Continous Improvement champions
• Education and training of Employee Services teams, stakeholders and employees

Profile

• Experience in processes simplification & automatization
• Telytical strength and data affinity
• Flexibility and ability to effectively manage changes
• Fluenchnical skills and understanding of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ProTime, SAP)
• Knowledge of legal framework around data protection and works council consultation
• Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies and tools to manage complex projects
• Service-oriented mindset and customer centricity
