Tasks

• Ensuring that group and regulatory requirements as regards third party risk management are implemented and the proper governance is put in place in HR Team
• Defining internal governance, processes and templates, that allow efficient monitoring within HR team
• Being a first point of contact and providing expertise to other teams within HR and accompanying the entire process
• Contributing to the preparation of ad-hoc reports or answering ad-hoc requests for existing contractual relationship

Profil

• University degree in business administration, law or equivalent
• Preferred several years of experience within the financial industry
• Knowledge and experience in third party risk management
• Team orientated and result-driven working style
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools, in particular good Excel and PPT Skills and SharePoint know-how
• Full professional fluency in German and English
