• Description

• As a Senior Data Analyst at Allianz Direct, your mission will be to develop and optimize data products that drive business decisions and operational improvements.

• You will be responsible for designing and maintaining data models, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and delivering actionable insights to support both local and global teams.

• Additionally, you will ensure the health and reliability of our datamarts and data pipelines, proactively addressing issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Profile

• To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data analysis, advanced SQL skills, and experience with tools like Power BI and Databricks (or similar platforms).
• You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, deriving actionable insights, and communicating your findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French is essential to collaborate with local and global teams.
• You should be autonomous and capable of owning projects end-to-end, from gathering business requirements to delivering high-quality data products.
• Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with Python and dbt would be a plus.
