Missions

• Providing the necessary financial data and analysis to add value in the decision-making process as a trusted advisor to local Executive Management and Function heads
• Coordinating the budget process by interfacing with local and global stakeholders across the entire organization
• Ensuring that the budgetary figures are locally recognized while aligned to central guidelines
• Carrying ad hoc studies upon Management requests and ongoing projects
• Contributing to identify improvement on process and reports

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above degree in finance, accounting and/or economics
• Several years of proficient knowledge in Management Control, ideally on a cost control perimeter in a multinational surrounding
• Communicate clearly and express messages effectively according to the situations and audience
• Strong team ability and flexibility
• Fluent written and oral skills in English. German ideal but not mandatory
