• Be confident to develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service throughout
• Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in retail fashion industry
• Continuously maintain high standards, driven to succeeds and motivated to achieve personal and team goals
• Have excellent team building and communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills and ability to administer stocks in line with company expectation
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards
• 2 years at least experience in retail, preferably with an experience in luxury.
• German speaker, Fluent in English. A third language would be a plus.
