Key responsibilities

• Implements the appropriate OpenLab methodology and, with the project leader, ensures that the project team has the necessary technical, consumer and business skills.
• Plans the project with the project team and ensures the team aligns with deadlines, checks progress (achievement of milestones + production of deliverables) and carries out updates.
• Sets out the project budget taking into account the needs of the team, monitors the trend for all types of R&I costs (man-hours, OPEX, CAPEX, travel) with the project leader and the financial controller
• Performs project risk analysis and ensures that the mitigation plan is implemented with the team
• Plans and prepares workshops (logistics, theme, templates, agenda, report) Facilitates these project team meetings efficiently and creatively in a design thinking spirit. Structures, capitalizes on and shares the results of each workshop.
• Summarizes project management deliverables (planning, budget, risk) for reporting and decision making with management closely with the project leader
• Plays the role of facilitator to ensure a good level of cooperation and feedback within the team with the support of the project leader
• Coordinates the interfaces with the various R&I contributors from upstream to downstream following the guidelines of the transitions between the various fields (invention, discovery, application, development)
