Your tasks and responsibilities

The project manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Be active part of and support portfolio decision process in the region and in line with defined cross regional process (Member of the Regional Portfolio Team and EMEA Portfolio Alignment Meeting)
• Lead scoping of regional product development projects across the countries in the region in line with the global and regional portfolio strategy.
• Ensure alignment of key methods and processes related to Project Management in the region.
• Control and coordinate all relevant project management process in a timely manner (NEWPORT, PORTRES,etc)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of the data in all the respective tools
• Actively manage all project stakeholders on local, regional and global level.
• Coordinate and drive project execution across countries, including project planning and resourcing.
• Act as an interface on regional level between Marketing, R&D and Product Supply functions with respect to the new projects
• Monitor changes in project time lines, business assumptions, expenses and outlook on regular basis
• Support regional and global decision processes and shortand mid-term resource allocation and project prioritization decisions
• Provide project summaries and status reports, proactively manage and ensure project communication.
• Prepare launch of new products within the region by ensuring a smooth handover to Product Managers.

Regional Coordination Lead:

• NEWPORT entry for the consolidated project, validation across the regions
• Coordinate Label extensions across the regions (alignment necessary)
• Main contact for PMO (R&D)
• Prepare information for prioritization
• Ensure regular update of NEWPORT for the consolidated project (time line for validation)

Who you are

• Graduated with a Business administration degree and / or agronomical background degree, you own at least more than five years practical experience in a commercial organization.
• In-depth understanding of commercial operations combined with practical experience in a country marketing (preferred) or sales function are required.
• You have an excellent project management with in depth understanding of customer marketing and you are able to judge Key Enabler impact on demand generation.
• A good understanding of the Go-to-Market strategy and the roles of channel and grower and manage complexity are required.
• You have ability to drive change in complex and stable organization with excellent capability of cooperation and team work.
