Project Manager - Innovation & Strategic Projects (H/F/N), Esch-sur-Alzette

Encevo S.A. est la société holding qui pilote le Groupe Encevo. Encevo définit la stratégie ainsi que la gouvernance du groupe et assure également le financement des différentes entités opérationnelles en veillant ainsi au développement durable de tout le groupe. D’autre part, grâce à un effectif compétent et expérimenté de plus de 160 personnes, Encevo offre divers services de support aux différentes entités du groupe. Ces services couvrent entre autres les domaines suivants : finance, gestion de trésorerie, comptabilité, juridique, ressources humaines, gestion des infrastructures, audit interne, gestion des risques et assurances. L’objectif est de créer des synergies et d’augmenter l’efficience dans l’ensemble du groupe. De plus, le rôle d’Encevo est de positionner le groupe dans ses relations avec toutes ses parties prenantes (employés, actionnaires, gouvernement, clients, fournisseurs, investisseurs, partenaires, médias, …).

Your tasks

• You act as a project manager and ensure that that the tasks are performed in accordance with applicable regulations, budget and time requirements
• You identify, test and develop new business activities that align with the Group strategic goals and objectives
• You identify the appropriate implementation approach and the commercial development activities within subsidiaries and partnerships
• You provide analytical support to assess technical and economical potentials of envisaged development areas
• You work in close collaboration with internal and external teams
• You help build and manage partnerships with external innovation partners and ensure an operational link in collaborative projects
• You support the acquisition of external and internal funding, and you ensure compliance with reporting requirements

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or any related field
• You have successfully managed and/or participated in projects
• High level of initiative and strong analytical skills
• You are a team player and have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You are autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
• Operational experience in the energy sector will be considered as an asset
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German
