Product Optimization Manager (m/f/d), Würzburg

Missions

• Act as the plant Single Point Of Contact for Operations, R&I, Quality & C&P
• Provide technical and technological expertise (aligned with the relevant teams in the plant or engineering) to Operations & R&I about industrial pre-feasibility from define phase for all projects
• Owner of industrial trial management: schedule, organize, optimize, report with the technological / technical conclusions or advices and all industrial tests & new product start-ups
• Act as owner of homologation process and assess and build with cross-functional teams the feasibility of project briefs leading to new, modification and/or duplication of R&P specifications versus factory capabilities
• Lead together with the plant performance team, plant FGL and material losses reduction projects
• The start is now at the location in Ochsenfurt near Würzburg.

Profile

• Degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
• 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent experiences in Excel and SAP
• Project management experience
• Deep analytical thinking competency for improving our supply chain process
• Strong ability to work independently and target oriented
• Flexible and assertive personality
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong leadership skills
