Product Change Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Missions

• Ensure that product transformation processes are constantly under control and in line with factory performance (SQCDME) targets
• Ensure that new product introduction/product changes are done according to best practices and standards of Specialized Nutrition. Develop/maintains internal standard operating procedures accordingly
• Actively supports Production/Quality/Performance departments with continuous improvement efforts, by initiating and/or contributing to local projects to improve SQCDME performances, in collaboration with other functions (local or global)
• Partner of OP and R&I for new products developments and projects execution
• System set-up for new/adapted materials or recipes in OrSoft and MES
• Coordination of industrial trials, and presence during trial phases on the production lines
• Creation of trial reports
• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful product implementation
• Start is as of now in Fulda.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Food Processing or equivalent
• Experience in nutrition or health industry
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of factory raw/pack/product and equipment
• Understanding of raw/pack/process/recipe/finished goods specifications management
• Respect of Q&FS, safety and environment standards on site
• Autonomous and organization capability
• High degree of flexibility
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
