Missions

• Evaluate the feasibility of production of formulas in the factory during the launch phase in collaboration with conception and production entities
• Coordinate all the necessary activities that will ensure a successful first production of new formulas (by risk analysis, by redacting recipes, by following 1st batches)
• Ensure the reproducibility of formulas from one batch to another and analyze root cause in case deviation happens
• Optimize the process when possible (ergonomy, quality or performance)

Profile

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science related field (preferable Chemical Engineering)
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with processing equipment and chemicals
• Working knowledge of GMP and ISO9001 standards
• Computer skills and programs: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Required) (Project – desired)
• Industrialization of formula / launch process / processing / raw material
• Entrepreneurially spirited; strong work ethic and customer driven
• Flexibility and adaptability in an evolving business environment
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Proven ability in building professional relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate scientific information in a clear and concise manner
• German/English speaking is a must have - French speaking would be a strong competitive advantage
