Abebooks Europe is looking for an intern in the field of Customer Service in Düsseldorf. The position is available from June 1st 2015 for six months.

During your internship, you will be working on specific tasks and projects for our French and German markets, specifically in the field of Customer Service.

Your responsibilities

• Resolve a wide range of different customer issues in French and German by email and phone
• Create and update online help content, using our Blog-System in French and German
• Assist with translation of business content from English into French and German
• Support seller acquisition campaigns and account management

Qualifikationen

• University student or recent graduate
• Profound command of the French and German languages
• Good English skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Very good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
