Mechanical Design Pilot (m/f) in Aerospace, Ensisheim

Your responsibilities

• You support the project manager for the technical clarification and consolidation of the assembly process.

• You read the specifications and propose technical solutions with modeled 3D concepts.

• You design Jigs and tools.

• You manage a designer team.

• You coordinate subcontractors (validation of technical solutions, compliance with specifications, tracking applicant milestones planning…).

• You track available data to the client.

• You applicate the quality plan and company procedures.

Your profile

• You hold a BTEC Higher National Diploma certified as Mechanical engineer or a mechanical MA with strong knowledge in mechanical conception and assembly process in aeronautics.

• You have at least 5 years’ experience in the aeronautics tooling design.

• You control CATIA V5 software and are informed about the Norms and Standards in Aeronautical Engineering.

• You have fluent communication skills in English. German knowledge would be appreciated.
