Managing Director Germany (m/f)

Your profile

• Degree in business administration or economics from a premier institute;
• At least five years in management in the translation/localization or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), or have gained professional experience within an international management company; being associated with technical writing will be an advantage;
• Fluency in German and English, French is a distinct asset;
• High qualifications in the area of offers preparation and commercial negotiation especially in domestic market;
• Strong organizational, financial management and leadership skills;
• Excellent track record in client and staff retention;
• Holder of a commercial talent and able to identify & adapt to customer issues & market trends, developing solutions & strategies;
• Ability to motivate and inspire all levels of staff to deliver superior performance.

Your tasks

The Managing Director is in charge to carrying out the management activity, of providing the efficient organization and running of the firm by drawing up the sales development strategies, identifying opportunities, procuring financial resources, the necessary technologies and human resources. The Managing Director coordinates the activity of 3 offices and of responsible head of departments and managers.

The Managing Director establishes the general development objectives of the firm, according to the strategy drawn up by the General Assembly of the Shareholders, proposes the budget, identifies the business opportunities, and represents the firm in the relations with the suppliers, customers and other national and foreign body/organizations that have real effect or potential over the results of the firm. The Managing Director ensures the management of the firm and the relationships needed for the development of the firm's activity.
