Our client is a leading company for short-term power trading in Europe, based in Paris and Leipzig.

Mission and content of the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to work in our Paris based offices as soon as possible.
The Human Resources Manager will work in tight cooperation with the Head of Human Resources and all other departments of the company.
His/her main missions will include the following:
- Administrative management and coordination : coordination with the department in charge of salaries and compensations, other administrative tasks linked to employees' satisfaction
- Training : needs assessment, training proposals and organisation
- Recruiting and staffing: job offers, selection of candidates, follow-up on applications, interviews, relations with external recruitment agencies if necessary
- Follow-up on social rights and new legal rules & rigorous application
- Quality & process: policy development and documentation, improvement of HR processes
Skills, abilities, education and experience
- High School or University diploma in Human Resources or HR-Administration or equivalent
- First experience in the Human Resources Department of a SME
- In-depth knowledge of French social rights, labor law and Human Resources Management
- Experiences in a multicultural environment would be appreciated
Technical abilities
Knowledge of IT tools, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access.
Language skills
Fluent professional French and English (written and verbal). A very good level of German is also required.
Abilities
- Ability to work within a team;
- Methodical personality, rigorous, rational;
- High motivation and flexibility;
- Common sense, autonomy;
- Good capacity to listen to employees, communicative personality.
Experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 or 4 years experience within a HR department, ideally in a small - or middle-sized company. An experience of working with social partners would be appreciated.
