Our call center in Olching (Munich area) provides service to a German premium brand car manufacturer's clients in Europe.

This position is primarily responsible for providing IT support to the business partners of Ygomi. Our partners are market leaders in their own field and have global presence at international markets, support is given to them in 24/7 schedule. IT degree is not a must for the position but strong networking, HW and user skills, advanced English/German/French and flexibility to working schedule are.

• Minimum 1 year experience in call-center or IT support field
• PC Hardware skills
• LAN knowledge
• MS Operation System skill at a System Admin level
