Missions

• Contribute to client relationship development and profitability by coordinating multinational corporates (MNCs) in an increasing degree of autonomy
• Supporting managing directors and directors in preparing and following business strategy, managing own client portfolio where appropriate
• Understanding the nature and structure of all clients' group business in determining relationship strategy for existing and potential clients and in preparing/presenting credit proposals
• Structuring plain vanilla products, responsible for implementing deals and following up their life cycle with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure active monitoring and reporting of corporate risks in your portfolio with the support of Senior Credit Advisors and ensure consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas compliance rules, including KYC onboarding or recertification
• Train and manage connected EMEA Coverage Group Officers, using your own experience to coach the skills of junior colleagues

Profile

• Studies of economics or comparable academic education, alternatively an apprenticeship plus further educational background in banking, advisory or financial departments of corporates
• Expertise in Investment & Wholesale Banking
• Expertise in credit assessment (qualitative and quantitative)
• Good knowledge of the large and midcap Corporates universe in Germany
• Professional experience in an international set-up
• Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team
• Results driven & Client focused
• Very good oral & written communication skills in German & English
