Tasks

  • The role of Services Product Manager (f/m) is a key position within our Business Unit. It combines a strategic component and an operational component. This position is a global role for our organization.
  • You will partner with the Hardware Product Managers for developing the strategy and traditional and digital service offerings for our water purification systems (Milli-Q® IQ 7000 series, Milli-Q® Large 7000 series, MyMilli-Q™, etc.). The ideal candidate will have previous Product Management experience, understand the product lifecycle, and track record of achieving successful ramp-to-volume with Service products.
  • Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and opportunities for product innovation. You will develop business cases and support the prioritization of new features and products and act as the main point of contact for advanced service product-related questions and updates. You will coordinate product launches, working with relevant teams to ensure all aspects (marketing, strategy execution, sales, training, support) are aligned.
  • You engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and refine product features. You will ensure that products deliver value to customers and solve real problems. You maintain a strong understanding of user personas, pain points, and user behavior. You will analyze key performance metrics to assess product performance and use data to guide decisions on product improvements and optimizations. You will provide management updates and status reports of business results.

Profile

  • Engineer or Master's degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in strategic marketing or project management in the field of instrumentation, life sciences or digital products.
  • Strong business acumen and previous experience in establishing a product strategy.
  • Knowledge of sales and service tools (SFDC, ServiceMax, ERP, …).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. French language knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a sales audience and ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, analytical and synthesis mindset, good ability to manage time, priorities, and strategic context.
  • General intellectual and technical curiosity (process, mechanics, electronics, IT, chemistry, etc.).
