Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and strengthen close strategic supply chain collaborations with key accounts.
  • E2E Efficiency: Drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency and transparency via data exchange and customer alignment.
  • Process & KPI Management: Optimize data-driven processes and manage critical customer KPIs, e.g., availability.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and actively mitigate potential delivery risks collaboratively with our key customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster seamless communication with Sales, Customer Care, and International Supply Chain, and drive Customer Experience projects to enhance satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with strong knowledge of current market developments and retail structures, ideally in FMCG.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, E-Commerce, or CDMO.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills in close collaboration with clients.
  • Highly communicative, adept at simplifying complex topics for stakeholders and customers.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level required). German is a plus.
