Junior Sales Manager France, Paris area

On every continent doctors and nurses in medical practices, hospitals and nursing homes rely on the high quality of the medical measurement systems and scales.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a sales region in the North of France
• Sales of medical devices through mentoring, training and advice for dealers 
• Acceleration of market share growth by the development and execution of country specific sales- and marketing strategies 
• Customer care including price and contract negotiations with vendors
• Implementation of sales promotions and product training in the specialized trade
• Expanding the customer base through acquisition and active customer support, especially at hospitals 
• Establishment of a network to key figures in the hospitals including on-site product demonstrations 
• Monitoring market changes, trends and competitors

Required Qualification

• University degree in economics or equivalent qualification 
• First experiences and proven successes in sales, especially in the B2B market
• High sales commitment, acquisition and negotiation strengths 
• Strong sales personality, entrepreneurship
• Enjoyment of sales and presentations 
• High willingness to travel within France (usually 4 days/ week)
• Reliable, honest and persistent

Desirable Qualifications

• Good English skills 
• Basic understanding in the field of medical science
• Existing experience and contacts in the national medical device market
• Understanding and experience in the field of tender management
