Junior Product Change Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Your Mission

• Lead Projects regarding new product introductions and changes to existing portfolio
• Responsible for the full scope from customer requirement to full operational implementation
• Insure that product transformation processes are constantly under control according to the factory performance requirements
• Identify actions to continuously improve productivity
• Identify non-conformities causes, propose action plans and ensure their efficient implementation
• Validate process control aspects for new products and product changes
• Key contact for internal customers for managing all changes to product portfolio
• Responsible for phase-in-phase-out planning for products ensuring customer service and minimized write off costs

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science or equivalent
• Preferable 1-2 years working experience in a factory production or quality environment, preferable in the nutrition or health industry
• Proven Project Management skills
• Respect of Quality and Food Safety, safety and environment standards on site
• Generic understanding of Spray Dryer Technology
• MES and SAP experience
• Independent working style and good organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent in German and English
