Junior Activity Manager (m/f/d), Fulda

Your Mission

• Coordinate product change projects and product launches in close collaboration with factory and central teams
• Communicate and keep track of the project schedule; manage risk of deviations from plan
• Prepare and drive internal decision-making processes
• Communicate project information and involve relevant internal stakeholders
• Initiate Masterdata process by coordinating the product specification with the customer
• Provide technical information and lead times for the production of printed packaging materials
• Coordinate registration activities
• Control phase out-phase in planning
• Manage write-off risks and actual destructions

Your Profile

• 2-5 years of work experience in Activity Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning or other Supply Chain functionsMin. Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated and pro-active team player
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP (MM, PP)
• Fluent in English, good command of German is a plus
