Internship Recruitment Center - Global Sourcing Team (Germany), Toulouse

For EADS Shared Services in Toulouse we are looking for an intern (f/m) with a duration of 6 months.

As part of the EADS Global Sourcing team you will be involved in activities related to the pre-selection of candidates within the EADS Recruitment Center.

This internship will start on the 30th of April 2012 (subject to certain flexibility).

Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities within the pre-selection phase include:

• Participation in briefings to discuss the needs of the departments
• Creating, writing and publishing international job adverts / postings on EADS Intranet, website and external job boards
• Screen applications, select the candidates and hold first contact interviews
• Use different social networks for sourcing issues
• Supporting the Sourcing Team with international sourcing issues

Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• You are enrolled at a business school or university and specialized in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar
• First experience in HR and SAP would be a plus
• Good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills
• You have good organization skills and an independent way of working
• German and English: fluent / negotiation level
• French would be a plus
